About the Artist
Ben Coleman is a Texas-based singer-songwriter who began developing his passion for songwriting and guitar at 12 years old. The son of a preacher and raised on a farm in rural South Carolina, Ben spent much of his childhood in the woods, on horseback, or with a guitar in his hands. His sound draws from Turnpike Troubadours, William Clark Green, Chris Knight, Randy Rogers, Jason Isbell, Whiskey Myers, and the folk-rock energy that shaped his early years.
Ben did not sing in front of an audience until an open mic at 22, but the stage quickly became home. After relocating to North Texas, he built momentum across the DFW music scene and went full-time with music in November 2024. He played more than 60 shows in 2024 and completed the eight-song double project Red Sky Warning and Bible & Booze, released throughout 2025. His first radio single, “Rainy Days,” reached the Top 25 on Texas country radio, followed by “Bible & Booze.”
