About the Artist
Lane Hunt found his love for writing early, first through short stories and poems and later through songs. The soulfulness of Sam Cooke and other classic voices stayed with him, and when he picked up a guitar during his first year of college in 2019, he quickly connected with acoustic storytellers such as Cody Johnson and Tyler Childers.
As Lane developed his sound, blues, soul, and big-band influences moved to the center. The fire of Stevie Ray Vaughan, the musical freedom of the Allman Brothers, and the emotional weight of The Teskey Brothers all helped shape an artist determined to put every feeling on the table.
Backed by a full band, Lane turns that range of influence into a live show that moves from upbeat blues-rock to laid-back, soulful songs audiences can get lost in. At the heart of it all is honest writing, a powerful vocal presence, and music built to connect.
